    8 min to work up to 70% of 1RM Squat Clean

Strength: 10 min EMOM

    Odd min: 5-10 Strict Pull Ups
    Even Min: 1 Squat Clean @ 70% 1 RM Squat Clean + AMRAP Front Squats

WOD stations:

    a) 3 min AMRAP
    50’ sled push/ rope pull (45/15)

    3-5 min rest

    b) 3 min AMRAP
    GHD Sit ups

    3-5 min rest

    c) 3 min plank hold on hands for time

    3-5 min rest

    d) 3 min AMRAP
    DB/KB Farmer Walk Length of Rig @ 50/30 each hand (1 Way = 1 Rep)
