    -Tripod
    -Tripod kick out to push up
    -tripod kickup and out to push up
    -Tripod kick up to handstand against wall with partner(s)
    -Free HSPU with partner(s)

WOD:

    Alternating EMOM 16
    Odd min: 5 HSPU
    Even min: Power SN + Hang SN (70-80%)

    Lv1: 30 sec HS hold or 3 wall walks
    Lv2: kipping to a higher target or Neg
    Lv3: Deficit

Finish:

    100 Partner Plank Burpees
