    Bench Press
    % based on 90% of 1 RM
    75% x3
    85% x5
    95% xMR
    add 5# to %

WOD 1:

    5 Min AMRAP
    Toes to Bar with 10 Push Up Penalty for falling off the bar.
    *Post T2B Total.

    Rest 3 Minutes

WOD 2:

    5 Min AMRAP
    DU’s with 5 Push Up penalty for failure.
    *Post DU total.
