Strength:

    Back Squat 5×8
    Every 3 min
    Start at 60% and increase as desired each set

WOD:

    Every 2 min for 6 sets
    4 Hang Power Clean
    4 Push Press
    4 Box step ups on each leg (back rack)

    Pick load (AHAP), try to do the same weight for all 6 sets

Finisher:

    Tabata Hollow Rocks
