    8:30-9:30am Lite N Tite
    9:30-11:30am OUTWOD (no class)
    11:30am-1:00pm Barbell Club/Open Gym

Strength:

    Deadlift
    Wendler Week 2, cycle 2
    Take 90% of 1rm then,
    70% + 10# x 3
    80% + 10# x 3
    90% + 10# x max reps

WOD:

    For Time- (20 min cap)
    150 Double Unders
    90 Wall Balls @ 20/14
    30 Toes-to-bar

    Lv1: 300 SU, 14/10 @ 9ft, knee raises
    Lv2: 50 DU, 14 @ 10ft, 10 @ 9ft
    Lv2: 20 @ 10ft, 14 @ 9ft
